Job Summary
Assistant Security Director with responsibility for managing a security contract at Springfield Town Center. Oversees accountability of Supervisors and staff, drives performance, service, and budget for assigned contracts, and maintains safety across the facility. Builds relationships with local police and fire departments, facility leadership, and customers; ensures compliance with training and company policies; provides leadership in staffing, training, post orders, and incident reporting, and collaborates to implement security procedures, life safety systems, and emergency response. Strong leadership, organizational, and customer-service skills required; position involves extensive coordination with clients, management, and security personnel to maintain high standards of security operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) in management position within Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
