Job Summary
Assistant Security Director at Andy Frain Services overseeing security contract operations in Springfield Town Center. Responsible for managing accountability and performance of Supervisors and staff across accounts, overseeing budget and service delivery, and maintaining compliant security procedures. Establish relationships with local police and fire departments, ensure safe working environments, enforce post orders, conduct security rounds, and produce regular reports/logs. Leads training and development of security personnel, coordinates with Operations management on account performance, and supports leadership in safety and incident response. Requires multi-tasking, strong leadership, knowledge of life safety and CCTV systems, and ability to develop staffing plans, recruit personnel, and maintain client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- 1 year in a management position within security
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete licensing as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
