Job Summary
Oversee security operations for the contract at Springfield Town Center, supervising Supervisors and staff while managing performance, service, and budget. Establish relationships with local police and fire departments and coordinate with facility staff. Develop and implement security procedures, post orders, and training programs; ensure reports/logs are filed and that life safety and security standards are maintained. Lead staffing plans, payroll processes, and compliance with applicable laws and client requirements; guide teams to deliver high-quality security services and maintain professional standards and customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of life safety systems and equipment, and liaise with client representatives to meet security requirements and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
