Job Summary
Oversee security operations at Springfield Town Center under Andy Frain Services. Manage Supervisors and staff, maintain accountability for performance, service, and budget of assigned contracts, establish and maintain relationships with local police and fire departments, ensure safety and compliance with policies, oversee post orders and logs, manage training and payroll processes, and coordinate with client representatives to meet security requirements and deliver quality customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of management experience within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Complete licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
