Job Summary
Assistant Security Director at Andy Frain Services overseeing security contracts at Springfield Town Center. Responsible for managing accountability and performance of Supervisors and staff, overseeing budget and contract compliance, developing security procedures and post orders, coordinating with local police and fire departments, training security personnel, and ensuring high standards of safety, customer service, and professional conduct across assigned sites. Drives staffing plans, reports and logs, and collaborates with client representatives to meet security requirements; requires leadership, project management, knowledge of life safety, CCTV systems, and ability to adapt to site-specific security needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
