Assistant Security Director

Assist in managing a Security contract at Springfield Town Center; oversee accountability of Supervisors and staff, with responsibility for performance, service and budget. Build working relationships with local police and fire departments, facility management, and client representatives. Lead in developing security procedures, post orders, and safety programs; ensure incident reporting, compliance with safety regulations, and quality customer service. Train and mentor Security Officers and Shift Lead Officers, coordinate payroll and personnel information, schedule staffing, and ensure adequate security coverage across posts. Maintain knowledge of life safety systems, CCTV operations, and response to emergencies; collaborate with Operations management to drive service improvements and growth opportunities for the account. Must possess strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with ability to adapt to various sites and regulatory requirements.
