Job Summary
Assistant Security Director at Andy Frain Services leads security program delivery for assigned accounts, manages Supervisors and staff, oversees performance, service and budget, develops security procedures, conducts risk and safety operations, maintains relationships with police and fire departments, coordinates post orders, rounds, reporting, and staff training, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety regulations while delivering quality customer service and security leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
