Job Summary
Assistant Security Director at Andy Frain Services overseeing security contracts at Springfield Town Center with responsibility for managing Supervisors and staff, performance, service and budget. Develop and enforce security procedures, lead client-site security operations, liaise with local police and fire departments, ensure post orders and rounds are followed, provide training, and maintain safety/compliance across sites. Emphasizes leadership, staffing plans, recruitment, payroll/reporting, and delivering quality customer service; requires multi-tasking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to various sites and evolving post procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree; Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system; one year (1 yr.) in management position within Security Industry; Valid Driver’s License; complete licensing requirements as mandated by the State; CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
