Job Summary
Lead and manage security contract operations at the Springfield Town Center site, supervising Supervisors and staff to ensure adherence to post orders and established rounds, while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and client service. Develop and implement security procedures, ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable laws, coordinate with local police and fire departments, and manage performance, training, payroll, and budgets. Build relationships with clients and authorities, oversee staffing plans, train and certify security personnel, and drive continuous improvement in security operations and safety programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
