Job Summary
Oversee security contract operations at Springfield Town Center; manage Supervisors and staff for assigned accounts, including performance, service, and budget. Develop and enforce security procedures, maintain safety programs, and liaise with local police and fire departments. Ensure post orders compliance, generate security reports, and train/lead security personnel. Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders; drive safety, quality service, and operational excellence across all posts. Manage payroll/reporting, staffing plans, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
