Job Summary
Assistant Security Director at Springfield Town Center. Manages security contracts by directing Supervisors and staff, ensuring performance, service and budget adherence. Develops and enforces security procedures, maintains post orders, conducts rounds, files reports, and coordinates with client representatives and local authorities. Leads staff training, assists in payroll and personnel information submission, ensures safety and compliance with life safety systems, CCTV, and access control. Builds relationships with clients and city representatives, and drives continuous improvement in safety, security operations, and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
