Assistant Security and Safety Manager - Overnight

Administer fire prevention programs and emergency preparedness while conducting quarterly OSHA/safety audits and tracking incidents. Develop detailed shutdown procedures, inspect CCTV and alarm systems, and oversee loss prevention operations including patrols, investigations, and the shipping/receiving process. Handle guest and employee complaints, settle disputes, and negotiate conflicts to ensure property asset protection and operational budget goals. Manage the accident prevention committee, first aid program, and claims process to monitor General Liability and Worker's Compensation cases. Build liaison relationships with local law enforcement and update executives on relevant information.
