Job Summary
Coordinate security contract execution at the assigned location by assigning tasks to Security Professionals, directing daily operations, and supervising sub-units including fire control rooms and command centers. Supervise shift supervisors and Security Professionals on performance, operations, and department needs while evaluating work and making recommendations for counseling, disciplinary action, or termination. Maintain post orders, logs, and pass-downs, respond to minor incidents and client emergencies, and conduct on-the-job training for new employees. Identify personnel issues such as payroll or employee relations concerns and forward them to the Account Manager or Field Supervisor. Maintain positive client relationships through frequent contact and support. Available to work outside normal shift schedules and accessible 24/7 for emergency response.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three (3) – five (5) years of professional-level experience
- Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement and/or military
- Must possess a valid state Guard License, or have applied and subsequently be issued such a license prior to employment
- As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- As a condition of continued employment, employee must maintain current active status of Guard License at all times
- Must carry the license at all times while on duty
- Must possess a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than one accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months)
- Minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle

- Must be accessible by phone or pager 24/7 for emergency response
Desired Qualifications
- College education or business classes
- Experience in scheduling, operations or other functions of security industry
- Ability to write effective and concise reports in neat, legible handwriting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and email
