Job Summary
Lead a staff of educators and support personnel while managing daily operations across Infant care through School Age programs. Develop, retain, and guide a talented team while ensuring compliance with all state regulations and exceeding enrollment targets. Execute the COA curriculum to maintain quality care standards and meet annual budget performance metrics. Drive continuous enrollment growth through the COA Experience and utilize industry applications and MS Office 365 for operational efficiency. This role requires a valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for training and meetings. Required Qualifications
- Minimum CDA Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a licensed childcare facility
- Advanced knowledge in early childhood education
- Flexible in challenging situations
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships

- Effective decision-making skills
- Proficient in the use of technology, including industry applications and MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
