Job Summary
Develop, lead, and retain a talented team of educators and support staff while managing daily operations using established COA processes. Understand, comply with, and exceed all state regulations and annual budget performance standards. Continuously pursue enrollment growth and quality care by executing the COA curriculum and experience for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. Collaborate directly with parents, senior leadership, facilities, and regional support teams to ensure operational excellence. Maintain a valid driver's license for up to 10% of time spent traveling for training and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum CDA or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a licensed childcare facility
- Advanced knowledge in early childhood education
- Flexible in challenging situations
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Commitment to professional development
- Effective decision-making skills
- Proficient in the use of technology, including industry applications and MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must meet state requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to drive and/or travel up to 10% of the time for training, professional development, and organizational meetings
