Job Summary
Assist with daily store operations and leadership at the Redlands, CA location. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, assisting with daily store manager admin work, training new hire sales associates, enforcing policies and sales expectations, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding customers to rooms and teaching them how to use tanning equipment for first-time users, and attending off-site sales and job trainings. Requires high-energy, team-oriented approach, strong customer service skills, ability to train others, and capability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
