Job Summary
Assist with daily store manager admin duties, lead sales efforts to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals, train new sales associates, ensure policies are followed, educate customers on tanning practices and retail items, maintain a clean salon, open/close the business, complete daily administrative paperwork, guide customers on equipment usage, and participate in off-site trainings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
