Job Summary
Assist with daily store manager admin work, train new hire sales associates, and enforce sales policies. Drive sales to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals by consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating them on tanning practices and retail items, and maintaining a clean, organized salon. Responsible for opening/closing, daily administrative paperwork, goal tracking, and guiding customers to their rooms for tanning; participate in off-site trainings and lead by example in a fun, team-oriented, commission-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
