Job Summary
Assist with daily store operations and sales goals, train and coach new-hire sales associates, and support the store manager with administrative duties. Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintain a clean salon, open/close the business, complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and guide customers to rooms while assisting first-time users. Participate in off-site trainings and sales contests to drive performance and growth; contribute to a fun, team-oriented environment with a focus on customer service and goal attainment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
