Job Summary
Assistant Salon Manager role with entry-level leadership and sales training in a busy tanning salon. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly, assisting with daily store manager admin work, training new hire sales associates, enforcing policies and sales expectations, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing the business, daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding customers to rooms and teaching proper use of tanning equipment, and attending off-site sales and job trainings. Eligible candidates should be able to effectively manage a team, drive commission-based sales on products, packages, upgrades, and memberships, and participate in ongoing training and development.
