Assist Salon Manager in meeting sales goals, lead and train Beauty Consultants, conduct ongoing team training, provide customer consultations on skin care, tanning, and beauty products, maintain a clean and organized salon, handle cash and daily administrative paperwork, track goals, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and contribute to a fun, competitive, growth-oriented team culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Leadership/Management experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
