Job Summary
Assist with daily store operations and sales objectives as a Salon Manager in training, lead and train sales associates, and support opening/closing duties. Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educate on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintain a clean salon, manage daily administrative paperwork, and track goals. Earn commission and bonuses through product, package, upgrade, and membership sales while benefiting from entry-level sales and leadership training and a growth-oriented team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
