Job Summary
Assistant Salon Manager responsible for meeting sales goals, hiring and training your team of Beauty Consultants, ongoing team training, customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products, ensuring policies and procedures are met, maintaining a clean and organized salon, cash handling, opening/closing duties, and daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking; requires leadership/management experience and ability to stand/walk for long periods; flexible availability including nights and weekends; base pay plus generous commission and bonuses, plus employee discounts and benefits.
