Job Summary
Assist in daily store management and lead the sales team to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals. Responsibilities include assisting with daily store manager admin work, training new hire sales associates, holding team members accountable to policies and sales expectations, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding customers to rooms and demonstrating tanning equipment for first-time users, and participating in off-site sales trainings. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to stand/walk for extended periods, and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
