Job Summary
Assists in leading salon operations and achieving sales goals by hiring and training Beauty Consultants, providing ongoing team training, and conducting customer consultations on skin care, tanning, and beauty products. Ensures compliance with company policies, maintains a clean, organized salon, handles cash, opens/closes the business, completes daily administrative paperwork, and tracks goals. Offers base pay plus a generous commission program with an average earning range of $18–$25 per hour for full-time staff, plus growth opportunities, employee discounts, and benefits such as health, dental, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Leadership/Management experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
