Job Summary
Assistant Salon Manager responsibilities include meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly, assisting with daily store manager admin work, training new hire sales associates, holding team members accountable to policies and sales expectations, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing the business, completing daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding customers to rooms and teaching use of tanning equipment for first-time users, and attending off-site sales and job trainings. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to stand/walk for long periods (7 hours), lift up to 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights/weekends. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
