Job Summary
Assist with daily store manager admin work, train new hire sales associates, and hold team members accountable to policies and sales expectations. Consult with customers professionally, educate on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintain a clean salon, handle opening/closing duties, complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and guide customers to rooms and operate tanning equipment for first-time users. Participate in off-site sales trainings and job trainings, contribute to meeting sales goals, and support a vibrant, team-oriented work environment with competitive commission and bonuses. Entry-level sales and leadership training are provided, with opportunities for growth and a supportive, energetic team culture.
