Job Summary
Assist with daily store manager admin work, train new hire sales associates, and hold team members accountable to policies and sales expectations. Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner; educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items. Maintain a clean and organized salon; handle opening/closing duties and daily administrative paperwork; track goals and achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Lead and participate in training programs, walk customers to rooms and demonstrate use of tanning equipment for first-time users, and attend off-site sales and job trainings.
