Job Summary
Responsibilities include meeting sales goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, assisting with daily store manager admin work, training new hire sales associates, coaching team members to meet standard policies and sales expectations, consulting with customers in a professional tone, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding customers to rooms and teaching them how to use tanning equipment for first-time users, and attending off-site sales and job trainings. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, being at least 18, ability to stand/walk/bend for long periods (7 hours), ability to lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
