Job Summary
Assistant Salon Manager role responsible for meeting sales goals and supporting daily store operations. Duties include assisting with daily store manager admin work, training new hire sales associates, holding team members accountable to policies and sales expectations, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and guiding customers to rooms and teaching them how to use tanning equipment. The position emphasizes commission-based earnings, sales contests, leadership training, and growth opportunities within a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
