Job Summary
Lead, recruit, and develop sales staff to achieve sales goals in a commission-driven environment while representing the brand. Complete a comprehensive training program to prepare for a management role, coach and mentor employees, schedule and assign staff, monitor controllable expenses, ensure legal compliance, maintain store readiness and appearance, build customer loyalty, foster a positive, motivated team environment, address customer concerns, analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profitability, and handle cash banking responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively influence others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
