Assistant Salon Manager position (Full Time) responsible for recruiting and orienting staff, training and coaching sales staff to meet goals, scheduling and assigning employees, managing controllable expenses, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining store presentation and inventory, building customer relationships and loyalty, fostering a positive team environment, resolving customer concerns, and performing daily financial analysis to maximize sales and profits; requires strong communication, leadership, and supervisory abilities within a retail/salon setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
