Lead store team to meet sales goals through training, coaching, and motivating staff; recruit, onboard, and orient employees; schedule and assign tasks; monitor controllable expenses to achieve financial objectives; ensure store compliance with legal requirements; maintain store appearance and organization; build customer relationships and brand loyalty; analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; manage cash handling and banking; foster a positive, team-based environment; requires high school diploma and at least one year of supervisory experience; strong communication skills, retail/customer service background, and ability to work nights/weekends; full-time benefits package.
