Job Summary
Responsible for leading and developing store staff to achieve sales goals and maintain customer satisfaction. Recruits, selects, and orients employees; trains, mentors, and provides feedback to sales staff; schedules and assigns staff to meet operational needs; monitors controllable expenses to maximize profit; ensures legal compliance and maintains store standards; builds customer relationships and a positive team environment; resolves customer concerns promptly; analyzes daily sales and expenses to optimize performance; handles banking and cash responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively influence others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
