Job Summary
Assistant Salon Leader role overseeing store operations and sales teams. Responsibilities include recruiting, selecting, and orienting staff; training, motivating, mentoring, and coaching sales personnel to achieve sales goals; scheduling and assigning employees; monitoring expenses and financial performance; ensuring legal compliance and store maintenance; maintaining a customer-focused, team-oriented environment; building customer relationships; resolving concerns; analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits; and banking/revenue responsibilities. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong verbal/written communication, retail/customer service experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work flexible hours including nights/weekends.
Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively influence others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
