Assistant Salon Director

Assistant Salon Director responsible for maintaining a high-energy, client-centric salon environment, driving store performance, supervising Tanning Consultants, coaching team members, and supporting Salon Director in managing revenue, expenses, and staffing. Duties include daily operations oversight in a fast-paced setting, leading by example to meet personal sales targets, maintaining a clean, professional salon, setting goals for team members, delivering coaching and training, generating sales reports, managing inventory, and ensuring high-quality customer service while controlling labor costs. Requires availability to work nights and weekend coverage with a typical 40–45 hour schedule; college education preferred but not required, with management and/or sales experience and basic computer skills.
