Assistant Sales Manager - Tyre Expo (Exhibition)

Job Summary
Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets by expanding the local exhibitor base in Thailand, driving rebooking efforts for Tyre Expo Singapore, and supporting Subcon Thailand's sales initiatives. Manage customer relationships through inquiries, pricing negotiations, and quotation provision while resolving issues promptly. Maintain the Salesforce database weekly, update payment statuses, and coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure timely updates on booth layouts and promotional materials. Fluent in English and Thai, you will also attend competitor shows for market intelligence and travel as required to secure sales and support event execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4 years of proven sales/tele-sales experience
- Confident, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure
- Self-motivated, sales-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Passionate about sales and dedicated to achieving personal sales targets
- Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel as required
