Job Summary
Generate sales for assigned products and pursue leads within the Twin Towers Kuching area. Close opportunities for mortgages and SME loans, leveraging knowledge of convention and Islamic banking. Adapt to local market conditions and customer behavior while maintaining strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Preferably possess own transport and embrace a performance-driven culture. Work as a team player with integrity to meet targets set by management.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree holders in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia - written as well as spoken
- Streetwise
- Good selling and negotiation skills
- Able to understand customer behavior, market conditions in area of operations and to adapt to it
- Open to new ideas and willingness to learn
- Willing to work hard towards obtaining sales leads / opportunities and to close them
- Embrace performance driven sales culture
- Team player with integrity
- Preferably possess own transport
Desired Qualifications
- Good product knowledge in mortgages and SME loans for convention and Islamic banking
- Ability to speak a 3rd language
