Job Summary
Assist and support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading your team to provide outstanding customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. Contribute to maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance; participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities; train and develop team members to growth opportunities and future roles. Drive sales performance with an energetic, customer-focused environment; meet personal and team goals; demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; bilingual ability preferred depending on location. This role offers strong base pay plus uncapped commission/bonus opportunities and ongoing training with potential career advancement to store management.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience in a similar field (Required)
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
