Job Summary
As My Wireless Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales of AT&T product and service offerings. You will help manage location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance, participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities, and support training and development of team members to grow into My Wireless Retail Store Management roles. The role emphasizes meeting or exceeding personal and store performance goals, executing sales and operational initiatives, and maintaining a positive, energetic work environment while collaborating with teammates to achieve both individual and team targets.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience in a similar field (Required)
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
