Job Summary
Lead and coach a sales team to achieve annual pre-need sales volume and margin goals; observe sales reps during meetings and provide timely feedback to motivate revenue growth. Manage contracts and paperwork, build community relationships with non-profits and civic groups to grow brand presence, and develop annual sales budgets. Coach on techniques, technology, and CRM usage; facilitate development plans, hire/promote staff, and address performance issues. Responsible for developing and achieving team and individual sales goals, and delivering in-home and community-based sales presentations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Sales Management experience of 1-2 years required
- Experience with in-home sales a plus
- Experience giving presentations to consumer audiences or public speaking ability required
- Experience in Funeral Services Industry strongly desired
