Job Summary
Solicit and handle sales opportunities while ensuring timely turnover for proper service delivery. Collaborate with off-property sales channels to coordinate efforts and build relationships with existing and new customers through calls, FAM trips, and trade shows. Manage internal and external stakeholder connections, generate proposals, write contracts, and correspond with clients to close business. Identify new revenue opportunities, analyze market trends and competitor strengths, and execute customer service standards to drive loyalty and share of account.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 2 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
