Assistant Sales Manager, PF – drives sales of Personal Financing products, achieves individual targets and contributes to group goals; develops and executes sales plans, sets appointments, conducts sales visits, engages new-to-bank customers, cross-sells banking products, delivers high-quality customer service, and ensures compliance with bank policies.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in sales within Personal Financing or other banking products
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Comfortable engaging with people and proactive in building customer relationships
- Basic understanding of finance and banking products (advantage)
