Job Summary
Assistant Sales Manager focuses on actively soliciting and promoting PF-i products, achieving individual sales targets, and contributing to group sales objectives. Develops and executes sales plans for potential customers through internal marketing and self-generated leads; schedules appointments, conducts sales visits, and engages with new-to-bank customers to build lasting relationships. Performs cross-selling of banking products (e.g., ASB Financing, Personal Financing, Credit Cards) while delivering high-quality customer service, adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements, and ensuring operational accuracy and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Minimum 5 year of experience in sales and customer service
- Relevant licenses for the portfolio
- Highly motivated, success-driven, self-initiated, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable engaging with people and taking personal responsibility for delivering results
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Demonstrates initiative, perseverance, and passion in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Ability to relate and connect with the local community
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of finance and banking products
- Basic computer skills
