Assistant Sales Manager, PF-i

Job Summary
Primary objective: Solicit and promote sales of Personal Financing (PF-i) products to achieve business KPIs and deliver superior customer experience. Key responsibilities include soliciting and promoting PF product sales, achieving individual and group targets, preparing and executing sales plans using internal marketing and self-generated leads, setting appointments, making sales calls, prospecting new-to-bank customers, cross-selling banking products (ASB, PF-i, credit cards, etc.), ensuring high-quality customer experience, maintaining compliance with bank policies, and ensuring the sales center remains well maintained. The role requires a bachelor-level education, 1 year of sales/service experience, relevant licenses, strong selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
- 1 year of experience in sales and customer service related field
- Have the relevant licenses for the portfolio
- Highly motivated, winning attitude, success driven, self-initiated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with engaging people, prefers doing sales and take personal responsibility on delivering results
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation
- Demonstrate initiative, perseverance and passion in delivering results within fast paced and highly demanding environment
- Ability to relate and connect to local community
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of finance and banking products
- Basic computer skills
