Job Summary
Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading team members to provide the best customer experience and technology solutions. Execute sales and operation initiatives while maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance. Help customers make buying decisions through outstanding service and participate in marketing activities to maximize daily selling opportunities. Develop your skills to become a top Retail Store Manager when the opportunity presents itself. Manage a fun, clean work environment for customers and team members while working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience in a similar field
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk around
- Ability to move about for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to occasionally lift and move objects of up to 10 pounds
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to balance on ladders
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and fine handle display materials and merchandise
- Dexterity
- Ability to work with small parts in mobile phones
- Ability to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in the Wireless Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
