Job Summary
Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading team members to provide the best customer experience and technology solutions. Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives while maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance. Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding service and participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities. Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards in a fast-paced environment requiring flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role offers a pathway to manage your own location with uncapped commissions and ongoing paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience in a similar field
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Must be legally able to be employed in the US
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand and walk around for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to occasionally lift and move objects of up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to balance on ladders
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and fine handle display materials and merchandise
- Must have dexterity
- Must be able to work with small parts in mobile phones
- Must be able to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in the Wireless Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
