Job Summary
Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards by executing sales and operation initiatives. Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance while developing and training team members. Help customers make buying decisions through outstanding service and participate in marketing activities to maximize daily selling opportunities. Maintain a clean work environment and collaborate to exceed person and team goals. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience in a similar field
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in the Wireless Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
