Job Summary
Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching the team to deliver technology solutions and customer service while executing sales and operation initiatives. Maintain location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance, and participate in marketing activities to maximize daily selling opportunities. Help customers make buying decisions and develop team members' skills to become top store managers. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, standing and walking for most of the day while lifting up to 10 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Management experience in a similar field
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent

- Management experience in the Wireless Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
