Job Summary
Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading team members to deliver the best customer experience and technology solutions for AT&T products. Execute sales and operation initiatives, maintain location inventory and appearance, and help customers make buying decisions through outstanding service. Participate in daily marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities while meeting personal performance goals and AT&T standards. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Develop skills to become a top Retail Store Manager when promotion opportunities arise.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience in a similar field
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent

- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
